Dermatologists advise not sharing towels, as a measure of basic hygiene, since fungi and bacteria that coexist in our skin remain and proliferate in the tissue because of heat and humidity. This pollution, imperceptible to the human eye, becomes evident when the towel begins to smell.
NOD-BCN fabrics are produced with high quality cotton combined with AmicorTM smart fiber capable of permanently controlling contamination caused by a range of bacteria and fungi. Within the fiber structure there are reserves of an antimicrobial additive, called Zinc Pyrithone, which protects, washing after washing, the tissue of the proliferation of bacteria and fungi that can lead to hygiene problems.
Before the first use we recommend
- A fast washing (40ºC).
- No detergent is necessary.
- Half a glass of white vinegar (approx. 100ml) is sufficient to eliminate fluff and will activate the absorption capacity.
For the following washes ...
- Use your usual detergent. Little amount is enough.
- We advise you to use white vinegar.
