CONTRACT FORMALIZATION

The online purchase process will begin when you click the “Place Order” button. You will then receive an “Order Confirmation” email acknowledging receipt of your order. Receiving the “Shipping Confirmation” email confirms that the order has been shipped to the address you provided or to the collection point.
When you select a product on the www.nodbcn.com website, a summary page will be displayed with a photograph of the item, its color and reference number, the quantity selected, the price per unit, and the total order amount. It is essential to verify that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Once confirmed, the order will be sent to nod-bcn for processing. Although every effort is made to ensure that the colors and designs match the original products, photographs may not be an exact match due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, nod-bcn will always strive to avoid any errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products displayed on www.nodbcn.com.
PAYMENT METHODS:

Payments made using these methods are completely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted through a bank validation server using the SSL encryption protocol (Secure Socket Layer encryption technology). SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Unless otherwise agreed, products in the nod-bcn catalog will be delivered within the agreed timeframe following order confirmation by nod-bcn. Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days. Other destinations: Please contact nod-bcn for more information (hola@). The indicated delivery times are estimates; nod-bcn will endeavor to meet them. However, delays will not result in order cancellation or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delay included by the customer in their order is void. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier.
It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and submit any justified discrepancies or claims in writing within 4 days via the Contact Form on our website. If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quantity to those specified on the delivery note, the Customer must submit their claim via the website www.nodbcn.com or by email to hola@ within four days of delivery. Failure to comply within the indicated timeframe or to provide the requested supporting documentation may result in nod-bcn rejecting the claim.
SHIPPING
We guarantee that we work with the best specialized courier companies for our shipments. Once payment is received and confirmed, we will hand it over to the transport company, which will deliver it within 24/72 hours* on business days (Monday to Friday) to your home or the address you specify. *Delivery times may be modified during special promotions.
Providing a phone number is essential for delivery management (if it's a mobile number, we can send a delivery notification via SMS). If delivery is not possible because no one is available to receive the package, the customer will receive a call to schedule a second delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be completed on this second attempt because the customer is not present at the time and place previously agreed upon with the courier company, the customer will be responsible for collecting the order from the courier company's office.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international destinations will be sent via the Post Office. The Company reserves the right to modify the type of shipment, returns, delivery, transport and courier company in search of the best service for its customers.
DELIVERY
When your order is delivered, please check that the shipment is correct. If there is any discrepancy or problem with your order at the time of delivery, you must note the nature of the discrepancy or problem (e.g., open package, damaged goods) on the delivery note and sign it. You must then contact Customer Service by email at hola@ or through the Contact Form on our website. If the goods do not match your order or you are not satisfied with them, you can exchange them for others.
Please ensure that the products ordered meet your needs. If they do not, you can accept the delivery or return the products (see our Returns Policy). Delivery of your order will be considered complete upon signing for the carrier at the delivery address you provided.
You must notify Customer Service as soon as possible in cases of non-receipt of goods or delivery delays exceeding six (6) business days.
Delivery will be considered impossible after the courier attempts delivery and finds no one at home, or after the courier attempts to contact you by phone to arrange delivery but is unable to reach you.
In either case, the courier company will call or send you a text message to arrange a second delivery. If for any reason you will not be at the delivery address at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery for another day. To avoid delivery failures, please provide a delivery address where someone will always be available to receive your order.

International shipping time*: 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday).

If nod-bcn is unable to meet this deadline due to stock shortages or issues beyond nod-bcn's control, our customer service team will contact you to inform you and confirm the new approximate delivery date, or to arrange for a change or cancellation of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping policy is based primarily on free shipping (postage paid) for orders over €90 within mainland Spain. For information on shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, mainland Portugal, and other countries, please submit your inquiry through the Contact Form on our website, and we will respond as soon as possible. We want our customers to focus on their order and not worry about shipping costs. Shipping is always handled by leading logistics companies, ensuring optimal delivery times and excellent service.
Free shipping to mainland Spain for orders over €85. Shipping to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal is a flat rate of €6.95 (for orders under €85).
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Melilla is a flat rate of €9.95.
For Ceuta and all other countries, the customer will be responsible for paying the full shipping costs.

Zone 4: Fixed price of €67:
Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
IMPORTANT: Shipments to foreign countries or to Ceuta and Melilla, to an incomplete or incorrect address, or where the address changes during the shipping process, will incur an additional charge of €10 for foreign countries and €5 for Ceuta and Melilla. This additional charge will be borne by the customer.
Shipping prices are calculated for deliveries to standard locations (no double shipping required) and for shipments weighing up to 10 kg. If special areas or weights are detected, shipping costs may need to be recalculated. The customer will be contacted to discuss the new terms.
Customs and Taxes
Residents of the European Union
The prices of the products sold on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are a company entitled to VAT exemption, you must provide us with your VAT number and the relevant certificate.
Residents of non-EU countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT unless you provide us with the appropriate certificate.
Orders destined for non-EU countries are subject to various customs duties and taxes. These will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Our shipments are delivered within the usual estimated delivery times. Please note that the delivery of your order may be slightly delayed due to the high volume of shipments during sales or special promotions.

Our orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box or military base.
The usual delivery time for your order may be affected during peak periods, such as Christmas, sales, or special promotions, due to the high volume of shipments.
The purchasing system is subject to current Spanish legislation; therefore, sales transactions will be considered to have taken place at the registered address of nod-bcn located at C/Jacint Verdaguer 148, local 16 - 08330 Premià de Mar (Barcelona).
RETURNS POLICY
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be authorized by nod-bcn.
The merchandise must be in perfect condition, including all seals and packaging. nod-bcn will accept returned items that are in perfect condition, with their original packaging (otherwise the product may depreciate in value), and whose use is limited to simply verifying its condition. If these conditions are not met, nod-bcn reserves the right to refuse the return for hygiene reasons. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your notification of exercising this right before the withdrawal period expires.
After examining the product, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or bank account used for the original purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for products not in the same condition as when you received them, or that have been used beyond simply opening the packaging.
Return shipping costs will be covered by nod-bcn (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option) provided the return is due to an error on nod-bcn's part, such as if the item delivered does not match the order or if the product specifications do not match those on the product page. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on nod-bcn's part.
If you placed an order through this website from a European Union member state other than Spain, we are under no circumstances obligated to reimburse shipping costs other than those incurred to reach the original delivery address in Spain, or return shipping costs from a destination outside of Spain.
If you wish to cancel your order, and it has already been shipped, you must collect it upon delivery and contact us within the timeframes indicated in the previous section, "Return Periods." It is essential that you collect the order so that, after its return (at the customer's expense) and receipt/inspection (by nod-bcn in our warehouse), we can process your refund.

To return merchandise, please contact hola@ indicating your order number, or via the Contact Form, and we will inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.
*Residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and outside of Spain must send the merchandise to the following address: nod-bcn: C/Jacint Verdaguer 148, local 16 - 08330 Premià de Mar (Barcelona). The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on the part of nod-bcn.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that the product is in perfect condition, a voucher will be activated in your nod-bcn account. When we receive the merchandise, we will contact you by email to confirm that we have received your return.
PRODUCTS
The colors of our products may vary from the actual fabric color due to the device on which the website is being viewed. Additionally, slight variations in product measurements may occur due to the manufacturing process. These variations will not affect the use of our products.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The process for filing a claim for a defective product is as follows:
1. Contact nod-bcn via the Contact Form or by email at hola@
2. Describe the product defect.
3. Provide the order number and date (this is mandatory).
4. Provide your name and contact phone number.
If nod-bcn deems it appropriate, the product will be collected from your address at no additional cost to the customer. In this case, nod-bcn will contact the customer to explain the procedure.
In the case of a return due to a manufacturing defect, nod-bcn will replace the item with a new one or one of the same category. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued; instead, a credit note valid for future purchases will be issued.
In the case of a return due to defective material caused by misuse, nod-bcn will inform the customer in writing why the claim is not valid and will return the defective product at the customer's expense (if it was collected). If the customer does not accept the return shipping cost, the product will not be reshipped.
If you receive a product that is not the one you ordered, the same policy applies as for defective products, and you will not be charged any return shipping costs.
