SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Except for a possible specific agreement; nod-bcn catalog products will be delivered within the agreed deadlines after order confirmation by nod-bcn. The indicated delivery times are for guidance purposes only, nod-bcn. However, any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to state in writing any reservations and claims that may be justified within a maximum of 4 days via the Contact Form on our website. If the products delivered are not in conformity in nature or quantity with those specified in the delivery note, the Customer must submit their claim via the web at www.nodbcn.com or email hola@, within four days of delivery. If the deadlines are not met or the requested supporting documentation is not provided, nod-bcn may reject the claim.

TRANSPORT
We offer you the guarantee of working with the best specialized courier companies for our shipments. Once payment is received and confirmed, we will hand it over to the transport company, which will deliver it within 24/72 hours* on business days from Monday to Friday to your home or the location you request. * Delivery times may be modified during special promotions.
It is essential for delivery management to provide a phone number (if it is a mobile, you will be notified by SMS of the delivery). If delivery is not possible because no responsible person is present to receive it, the customer will receive a call to arrange a second delivery attempt. If on this second occasion delivery is still not possible because the customer is not present at the time and place previously agreed with the courier company, the customer will have to go to the courier agency’s offices to collect the order.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international shipments, they will be sent by Post Office. The company reserves the right to modify the type of shipment, returns, delivery, transport, and courier company in search of the best service for its clients.

DELIVERY
When your order is delivered, you must check that the shipment is correct. Delivery will be considered impossible if the courier attempts delivery and no one is home, or if the transport agency calls to arrange delivery and cannot make contact.
In any case, the courier company will call you or send you an SMS to arrange a second delivery. If for any reason you are not at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping policy is mainly based on free shipping (freight prepaid) for orders over €90 to Peninsular Spain. For information on shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Peninsular Portugal, and other countries, please send your inquiry via the Contact Form on our website, and we will respond as soon as possible. We want our customers to focus on their order and not worry about shipping costs. This shipping will always be managed by leading companies in the logistics sector, offering optimal times and good service.
Free shipping to Peninsular Spain for orders with a final amount over €85. In Peninsular Spain and Peninsular Portugal, shipping costs have a fixed price of €6.95 (for orders under €85).
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Melilla, shipping costs have a fixed price of €9.95.
For Ceuta and other countries, the interested customer will have to pay the full shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Shipments to foreign countries or to Ceuta and Melilla, to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the address is changed during the shipping process, will incur an additional charge of €10 for foreign countries, or €5 for Ceuta and Melilla. This additional charge will be borne by the customer.

The shipping prices are calculated for deliveries to standard locations (do not require double delivery) and for shipments weighing up to 10 kg. In case of detecting special zones or weights, a new assessment of transport costs may be required. The customer will be contacted to agree on the new conditions.

Customs and taxes
Residents in the European Union
The prices of the products for sale on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are a company entitled to VAT exemption, you must provide us with your VAT number and the relevant certificate.
Residents in non-EU countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT payment unless they send us the appropriate certificate.
Orders destined for non-EU countries are subject to various customs duties and taxes. Payment for these will be the customer’s responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Our shipments are delivered within the usual estimated times. Please note that your order delivery may be slightly delayed due to high shipping volume during sales periods or special promotions.

RETURN POLICY
Returns of merchandise will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be authorized by nod-bcn.
The merchandise must be in perfect condition, including seals and packaging. Nod-bcn will accept returned items that are in perfect condition, with their original packaging (otherwise the product may depreciate) and whose use does not go beyond mere verification of good condition. If not, nod-bcn reserves the right not to accept the return for health reasons. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by you is sent before the corresponding period expires.
After examining the product, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be credited to the same credit card or account used to pay for the order.
Refunds will not be issued for products that are not in the same condition as you received them, or that have been used beyond mere opening of the product.
Regarding return shipping costs, they will be paid by nod-bcn (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) provided that the reason for the return is an error by nod-bcn, such as the item delivered not corresponding to the order or the product characteristics not matching those on the purchased product’s web page. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer if the return is not due to an error by nod-bcn.
If you have placed an order through this website from an EU Member State other than Spain, under no circumstances will we be obliged to refund shipping costs other than those incurred to the original delivery address in Spain or return costs from a destination outside Spanish territory.
If you wish to cancel your order, and your order has already been shipped, you must collect it upon delivery and contact us within the deadlines indicated in the previous section “Return Deadlines”. It is essential that you collect it so that, after the return (at your expense) and receipt/inspection (by nod-bcn at the warehouse), we can refund the amount of your order.

When received at our warehouse and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, a credit will be activated in your nod-bcn account. Upon receiving the merchandise, we will contact you by email to inform you that we have received your return correctly.

PRODUCTS
The colors of our products may vary from the actual fabric color due to the device on which you are viewing the website. Additionally, slight deviations in our product measurements may occur due to the manufacturing process. In no case will these deviations affect the use of our products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The process for a defective product claim is:
⦁ 1.Contact nod-bcn via the Contact Form or email hola@
⦁ 2.Indicate the product defect.
⦁ 3.Indicate the order number and date (essential requirement).
⦁ 4.Contact name and phone number.
If nod-bcn deems it appropriate, the product will be collected from your home at no additional cost to the customer. In this case, nod-bcn will contact the customer to indicate how to proceed.
In case of return due to defective material caused by a manufacturing fault, nod-bcn will replace the material with a new one or another of the same category. In no case will a refund of the amount paid by the customer be issued; instead, a credit valid for future purchases will be issued.
In case of return due to defective material caused by misuse, nod-bcn will inform the customer in writing of the reason why the claim is not valid and will return the defective product to them at the customer’s expense (if collection has been carried out). If the customer does not agree to pay for the shipment, the product will not be returned.
If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, whether you want the correct product sent again or not, the same rule as for defective products will apply, and you will not have to pay any shipping costs for its return.
