If not, nod-bcn retains the option of not accepting the return for sanitary reasons. The process for a defective product claim is:

In the case of return for defective material due to a manufacturing failure nod-bcn will replace the material with a new one or another of the same category. In any case the amount paid by the customer will be returned, but a valid credit will be issued for future purchases.
In the case of return for defective material due to a defect in use, nod-bcn will inform the client of the reason for not making the claim, in writing and sending it again the defective product at the customer’s expense (in the case of that the collection has been made). If you do not accept the payment of the shipment, the product will not be sent again.
In the event that you receive a product other than the one you requested in your purchase, whether you want the requested product sent again or not, the same rule will apply as for defective products and you will not have to pay any transport cost for the return of it.
