SHIPPING AND RETURNS

TRANSPORT
We offer you the guarantee of working with the best courier companies for our shipments. Once the payment is received and confirmed, we will deliver it to the transport company that will deliver it in 24h/72h* on working days from Monday to Friday at your home or at the place you request. *Delivery times may be modified during special promotions.
It is essential for the management of deliveries to provide a telephone number (if it is a mobile phone, the possibility of sending an SMS of delivery notification is provided). If there is no possibility of delivery because there is no person responsible for its collection at that time, the customer will receive a call to arrange a second visit for delivery. If on this second occasion the delivery cannot be made either because the customer is not at the time and place previously agreed with the courier company, it will be the customer who will have to go to the offices of the transport agency to collect the order.
For shipments from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international shipments will be sent by the Post Office. The Company reserves the right to modify the type of shipping, returns, delivery, transport and courier company in search of the best service for its customers.
DELIVERY
When your order is delivered, you must check that the shipment is correct. If there is any discrepancy or problem with your order at the time of delivery, you must reflect the nature of the discrepancy or problem (e.g. open package, damaged goods) on the delivery note, and sign it. SHIPPING
COSTSOur shipping policy is based, mostly, on free shipping (shipping paid) on orders over €90 if your destination is mainland Spain. To obtain information about the price of shipping in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Mainland Portugal and the rest of the countries, send the question through the Contact Form found on our website, and we will answer you as soon as possible. We want our customers to focus on the order and not worry about the shipping amount. This shipment will always be managed by leading companies in the logistics sector, offering optimal times and good service.
Free shipping to mainland Spain for orders with a final amount over €85. In mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, shipping has a fixed price of €6.95 (on orders with an amount of less than €85).
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Melilla, shipping has a fixed price of €9.95.
For Ceuta and the rest of the countries, it will be the interested customer who will have to pay the shipping in full.

Customs and taxes
Residents of the European

countries Purchases made by natural or legal persons resident in non-EU countries will not be exempt from the payment of VAT unless they send us the appropriate certificate.

RETURN
POLICYReturns of goods will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and that have been authorised by the company nod-bcn.
It is necessary that the merchandise is in perfect condition, including seals and wrappings. Nod-bcn will accept returned items that are in perfect condition, with their original packaging (otherwise the product could suffer depreciation) and their use does not go beyond the mere verification of good condition. If this is not the case, nod-bcn reserves the option of not accepting the refund for health reasons. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.
After examining the product, we will let you know if you are entitled to a return. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you have notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be paid to the same credit card or bank account with which the order was paid.
Products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned.
As for the return costs, they will be paid by nod-bcn (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer) as long as the reason for the return is an error on the part of nod-bcn, as would be the case that the item served does not correspond to the order or that the characteristics of the product do not correspond with those on the website of the purchased product. The return costs must be paid by the customer as long as the return is not due to an error by nod-bcn.
If you have placed an order through this website from a Member State of the European Union other than Spain, under no circumstances will we be obliged to refund you shipping costs other than those incurred to the original delivery address in Spain or return costs from a destination outside Spanish territory.
If you wish to cancel the order, and your order has already been shipped, you must collect it when it is delivered to you and contact us within the deadlines indicated in the previous point “Return periods”. It is essential that you collect it in order to be able, after return (at the customer’s expense) and receipt/review (by nod-bcn in the warehouse), to make the payment of the amount of your order.

As soon as it is received in our warehouse and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, a bonus will be activated in your nod-bcn account. When we receive the goods, we will contact you by email to let you know that we have successfully received your return.
PRODUCTS
The colors of our products may vary from the actual color of the fabric due to the support where the website is being viewed. In addition, slight deviations may also appear in the measurements of our products due to the manufacturing process. In no case will these deviations affect the use of our products.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The process for a defective product claim is:

⦁ 4. Name and contact telephone number.
In the event that nod-bcn deems it appropriate, the product will be collected at your home at no additional cost to the customer. In this case, nod-bcn will contact the customer to indicate how this will proceed.
In the event of a return due to defective material due to a manufacturing fault, nod-bcn will replace the material with a new one or another of the same category. In no case will the amount paid by the customer be refunded, but a valid payment will be issued for future purchases.
In the event of a return due to defective material due to a defect in use, nod-bcn will inform the customer of the reason why the complaint is not made, in writing and sending the defective product back to the customer’s expense (in the event that the collection has been made). If you do not accept payment for the shipment, the product will not be reshipped.
In the event that you receive a product other than the one you requested in your purchase, whether you want the ordered product to be sent back to you or not, the same rule will apply as for defective products and you will not have to pay any transport costs for the return of the product.
